COLAMY FAQ
COLAMY coupons: match the seat to your desk, table, or island
A COLAMY chair can look right in a photo and still sit too high for your desk or counter. Start with the surface it needs to fit, then compare the adjustment range, base, or fixed seat height. Apply a coupon only after you’ve picked the model and quantity that work in your room.
Measure the space the chair has to work in
At a desk, check the usable range
Compare the seat and armrest positions on a chair that already works for you. Then check whether the ATLAS or ATLAS-01 can reach those positions. The height adjustment figures below describe how far the seat moves, not its lowest or highest height from the floor. Confirm those endpoints and check whether the arms clear your desktop or drawers.
At a table or island, measure underneath
Measure from the floor to the lowest part of the underside, including any apron. Compare that number with the seat height and, for a stool with arms, the armrest height. Leave room to sit and pull back the chair. An island that looks tall enough from the top can still have an apron that stops the stool from tucking in.
| Model | Listed height or adjustments | Build and fit check |
|---|---|---|
| ATLAS | 4.3 in. seat-height travel; 2 in. seat-depth travel. | Aluminum-alloy base, adjustable lumbar support, and 4D arms. Check your desk clearance. |
| ATLAS-01 | 3.1 in. seat-height travel; 2 in. seat-depth travel. | Reinforced nylon base, adjustable lumbar support, and 4D arms. Verify the actual seat-height endpoints. |
| NOYA dining chair | Approx. 18.9 in. seat height. | Upholstered dining seat on a wood frame. Check clearance below the table apron. |
| MATRIX counter stool | 25.5 in. seat height. | Upholstered seat with arms and a footrest. Verify arm height if the stool must tuck under the counter. |
Before checkout: room, count, and packaging
- Measure where it will sit. Check desk, table, or counter clearance and space for the chair to move.
- Confirm units, not just boxes. Read the selected configuration and count the seats it includes.
- Check assembly before opening. Review the instructions, inventory parts, and keep the original packaging until you’re sure the item fits.
- Compare the final order total. Confirm the coupon on the exact model, color, and quantity, then check delivery eligibility for your address.
COLAMY coupon and shopping FAQ
How do I apply a COLAMY coupon code?
Enter it at checkout after selecting the model, color, and quantity. Check the order summary before payment to see whether it applies to your selected variant or bundle.
What is the difference between COLAMY ATLAS and ATLAS-01?
Both list a mesh back, foam seat, and two inches of seat-depth adjustment. The ATLAS lists an aluminum-alloy base and more seat-height travel; the ATLAS-01 lists a reinforced nylon base. Choose by the measurements you need, not by assuming the suffix means an upgrade.
Does seat-height travel tell me how high the chair sits?
No. Travel is the distance between the lowest and highest positions. Ask for both floor-to-seat measurements if they’re not shown for your selected model.
Should I choose NOYA dining chairs or MATRIX stools?
Compare NOYA for a dining table and MATRIX for a counter-height surface. Their listed seat heights differ by about 6.6 inches. Check the underside clearance and any arms rather than using that difference alone to decide.
How many seats come in a COLAMY set?
Read the selected pack option and quantity in the cart. The featured MATRIX listing describes a set of two stools, but other product pages can offer different configurations. Count the seats you’ll receive, not just the number of order lines.
What if my COLAMY order arrives damaged or with parts missing?
The published policy asks you to report damage or incorrect or missing items within seven days. Keep the box and labels, document the issue, and contact support with the order and carton details.
Can I return a COLAMY chair if it doesn’t fit my room?
The published change-of-mind window is 30 days from delivery for eligible items. Its checklist asks for unused, unassembled items and original packaging. Final Sale items and certain large items are excluded; confirm eligibility before assembling or sending anything back.
