These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of DiscountedSavings. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. Informational Service
DiscountedSavings provides deal discovery, price tracking, coupon information, automatic-discount observations, and links to third-party merchants. The site is provided for general informational and comparison purposes. We are not the seller, payment processor, delivery provider, manufacturer, or warranty provider for products shown on the site.
2. Prices, Availability, and Promotions
Prices, inventory, product details, currencies, coupons, automatic discounts, and promotion terms can change without notice. Displayed information may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable in your location, or affected by customer eligibility, minimum spend, quantity, bundle, subscription, shipping, tax, or other merchant rules.
A “tested,” “verified,” “price after coupon,” or “applied automatically in cart” label describes a result observed under specific conditions at the recorded time. It does not guarantee that the same result will be available later or apply to your cart. The merchant’s checkout controls the final price and terms.
3. Third-Party Merchants
Purchases are completed on third-party websites. Your transaction, payment, account, shipping, returns, warranties, subscriptions, and disputes are between you and the merchant. Review the merchant’s product information, checkout total, terms, and privacy policy before completing a purchase. DiscountedSavings is not responsible for a third party’s acts, omissions, content, products, or services.
4. Affiliate Relationships

5. Acceptable Use
You may use the site for lawful personal and commercial research that does not interfere with the site or the rights of others. You must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, accounts, systems, or data;
- introduce malware, overload the service, evade access controls, or disrupt normal operation;
- use automated requests at a rate or in a manner that degrades the service;
- copy, republish, or commercially exploit substantial portions of our original content or databases without permission;
- misrepresent DiscountedSavings content, test results, or your relationship with us; or
- use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
The automated-access restriction does not prohibit ordinary indexing by search engines that respect our technical controls, including robots.txt, or access we have authorized in writing.
6. User Submissions and Corrections
If you submit a coupon, correction, feedback, or other information, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is not unlawful, misleading, or infringing. You grant us permission to review, verify, edit for clarity, display, or remove the submitted information for operation of the site. Do not submit sensitive personal information through a general contact or coupon form.
7. Intellectual Property
The site’s original design, software, text, organization, and branding are owned by or licensed to DiscountedSavings and are protected by applicable law. Merchant names, trademarks, product images, descriptions, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification, comparison, or under applicable licenses and partner permissions. No ownership of third-party marks is claimed.
8. No Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the site or any price, coupon, link, product record, calculation, test result, or third-party service will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DiscountedSavings will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost savings, profits, data, or opportunities arising from use of the site, reliance on displayed information, or a transaction with a third party. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Suspension and Changes
We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the site, and may limit access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or abuse prevention. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Severability and No Waiver
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
